Hi there. Welcome in…
Therapy is a place to figure out who you are, why do you the things you do, and how to navigate life with a bit more grace (and maybe fewer regrets). Whether you’re seeking personal growth, working through a transition, or just tired of the same patterns showing up in different packaging, I’m here for it.

I offer somatic psychotherapy as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) – approaches that help you get out of your head and into your actual lived experience. My work ranges from “I want to be more intentional in my relationships” to “I’ve tried everything and need something different” to “I’m curious about consciousness and what else is possible.”
Healing and growth aren’t quick fixes – sorry, no magic wands here – but we can make the process meaningful and surprisingly enjoyable.
Fair warning: I have a co-therapist named Huxley, a rat terrier/boxer mix with strong opinions about where people should sit. If you’re allergic to dogs (or unsolicited canine feedback), please let me know.
I’d love to work with you.
Huxley is ready to work with you too.
